Japanese Electronics Company Audits Dongguan JH Amorphous for Automotive EMC Nanocrystalline Cores

Dongguan JH Amorphous recently had the honor of hosting a delegation from a well-known Japanese electronics component manufacturer. The purpose of the visit was a comprehensive factory audit focused on our automotive-grade EMC nanocrystalline cores, which are increasingly vital in ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in electric vehicles and automotive electronics.

During the audit, the Japanese team was given an in-depth tour of our production lines, with a special emphasis on automated winding, heat treatment, case assembly, and 100% in-line testing procedures. They were especially impressed by our ISO-certified quality control systems, which ensure product consistency and compliance with international automotive standards.

The delegation highlighted the importance of core material stability and precise magnetic characteristics in automotive EMC filters. We demonstrated our strict raw material traceability, in-house ribbon testing, and batch-to-batch magnetic property control, which they recognized as key strengths of Dongguan JH Amorphous.

In addition to technical validation, both sides engaged in meaningful discussions around co-developing customized core geometries and magnetic properties for specific automotive EMC applications, including OBC (on-board chargers), DC-DC converters, and inverter systems.
